What began in 2016 as an experiment between four college friends working out of improvised home offices, fresh out of college with technical curiosity and defined ambition gradually evolved into a structured construction practice.

The early years were rooted in design assignments. Small projects built process discipline. Process built credibility. Credibility built opportunity. That progression led naturally into full-scale construction, where execution control, coordination, and site management became core strengths.

Over a decade, the team delivered more than 50 completed projects across design and construction, establishing operational maturity and market trust.

In 2022, Aris Homes was formed as a deliberate expansion into property development. The intent was clear: move from executing for others to creating independently. Development allowed the founders to control every variable land selection, planning, architectural language, structural standards, and final delivery ensuring the finished product reflected their full vision without compromise.
