Value Space Infraprojects LLP began its journey in 2014, founded by Mr. Pradeep Kantamani—a visionary entrepreneur with both global insight and deep-rooted family values. After earning his degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University, Pradeep returned to India with a fresh perspective and a passion for building something lasting. Drawing on his international education and the legacy of his family’s pan-India logistics and warehousing business, he identified a new opportunity: real estate.
Starting modestly, Pradeep invested in apartment projects at the ground level. His early involvement in these developments not only yielded strong returns but also revealed a deeper calling—one that went beyond transactions and numbers.
