BATHROOMS

Design tile concepts as per architect's design. Jaquar/AGL/Hindware brand CP fittings. Jaquar/Hindware or any designer product sanitary fittings.

KITCHEN

Granite platform with SS sink. Ceramic tile dado. Provision for RO water purifier.

DOORS AND WINDOWS

Main door frames are fully teak wood. Main door shutter is both side teak veneer flush door with waterproof polish. Windows are UPVC and enclosed with safety grills. Internal doors are pre hung doors factory finished with SS fittings. Toilet doors are flush doors with chemical treatment and waterproof polish painted on both sides.

FINISHES

Gypsum finish for inner walls. Rough finish for outer walls. Apex emulsion paint (two coats) for exterior. Emulsion paint for inner walls.
