Structure:

The building utilizes a conventional RCC framed structure designed to meet seismic code IS: 1893-2016 standards.

Walls: External and internal walls are constructed with solid block masonry.

Finish: Interior walls and ceilings feature rough plaster with M-sand, while exterior walls have a sponge finish with architectural claddings.

Main Living Areas: 600×1200 mm vitrified tiles are used throughout the living, dining, family, and kitchen areas.

Bedrooms: All bedrooms are finished with 600×1200 mm vitrified tiles.

Bathrooms: Floors feature anti-skid ceramic tiles, while walls are covered with 600×1200 mm glazed tiles up to a height of 7 feet.

Common Areas: Lift lobbies, corridors, and stairs are finished with granite vertical slabs.

Painting: Interior walls are finished with plastic emulsion paint, ceilings with oil-bound distemper, and exterior surfaces with ACE paint. 

Doors & Windows

Main Door: Crafted with an African Teak Wood frame and shutters, finished with PU grade polish.

Internal Doors: Bedroom doors use polymer composite wood frames with laminated flush shutters; toilet doors are water-resistant flush shutters.

Windows: 2/3 track UPVC frames with clear glass and integrated nylon mesh for insect protection. 

Kitchen & Utility

Countertop: 20 mm thick edge-polished black granite counter.

Sink: Durable stainless steel sink.

Provisions: Dedicated points for a water purifier, washing machine, and kitchen chimney.

Wall Tiling: Glazed tiles extend 2 feet above the granite platform. 

Electrical & Plumbing

Sanitary Ware: All bathrooms are equipped with wall-hung EWC and CP fittings from Kohler or Jaquar.

Wiring: Concealed wiring using premium brands like Havells, RR Kabel, or Anchor.

Power: 5 KW single-phase power for 3 BHK units and 3 KW for 2 BHK units.

Backup: Individual UPS provisions are available in each flat, supplemented by a 100% backup for common areas.
