•Toilets & Utility doors - Moulded pre-hung doors (engineered wood) with door frame. Waterproof flush shutter with S.S. Hardware. Toilet doors of $7\text{feet}$ height and utility doors of $8\text{feet}$ height.

Windows

•UPVC windows with mosquito mesh.

•UPVC French doors for balcony with mosquito mesh.

•UPVC ventilators in bathrooms with provision for exhaust fan.
