• STRUCTURE ◦ • The project features an RCC framed structure specifically designed to be seismic compliant in accordance with Zone 3 standards. ◦ • External walls are constructed with 200mm thick AAC blocks while internal walls use 100mm blocks. • WALL FINISH ◦ • Interior walls are finished with high quality gypsum plaster followed by one coat of primer and two coats of emulsion paint. ◦ • Exterior walls receive a cement plastered finish with texture paint and two coats of weather-resistant emulsion paint. • FLOOR FINISHES ◦ • Primary living areas including the foyer, dining, and bedrooms are laid with first quality vitrified tiles measuring 1200 x 600 mm. ◦ • Toilets and balconies are fitted with anti-skid vitrified tiles measuring 600 x 600 mm for enhanced safety and durability. • KITCHEN ◦ • Kitchens are equipped with a granite countertop and glazed vitrified wall dado tiles up to 7 feet in height. ◦ • A stainless steel single bowl sink is provided without a drainboard along with specific points for water purifiers. • TOILETS ◦ • Sanitary fittings include wall-mounted closets with health faucets from reputed brands like Kohler or Cera. ◦ • CP fittings are sourced from Jaquar or Kohler and include concealed diverters for a modern bathroom experience. • DOORS ◦ • Main doors consist of prehung engineered wood or ABS door frames with laminated shutters and Godrej brand security locks. ◦ • Bedroom doors are prehung engineered wood with laminated finishes and include tower bolts and door stoppers. • WINDOWS ◦ • Windows are powder coated aluminum sliding systems equipped with mosquito nets, plain glass, and internal MS grills. ◦ • French doors are provided with powder coated aluminum sliding shutters and mosquito nets without additional grills. • ELECTRICAL ◦ • Each unit is provided with a 3 phase power supply connection and modular switches from Panasonic Vision or equivalent. ◦ • Safety is ensured with MCB, RCCB, and RCBO devices along with fire retardant low smoke copper wiring.
